Ada and Grace are virtual museum guides who can recognize speech and offer an appropriate response using artificial intelligence. Guest presenter Bill Swartout from the University of Southern California's Institute for Creative Technologies talks about this virtual human technology, part of the new "InterFaces" exhibit at the Museum.
